Sue Bortone - Founder / CEO
Sue brings a unique perspective to the field with a background as a hands-on creative in her time at Ogilvy as an Art Director, paired with 15+ years of expertise in recruitment working across some of the top firms in NYC. She has helped hundreds of people find their dream jobs, working with start-ups to Fortune 100 brands. She is a Forbes Contributor and Harvard Certified in Management Principles, and is currently the Co-Chairwoman of the Mentor Committee for SheRunsIt and The Community Lead for Jobs & Hiring within the HeyMama network.

Mishaal Anwar - Partner, Global Talent Solutions
Mishaal brings 10+ years of experience from Publicis and Marc Jacobs blended with recruitment from 24Seven and career consulting prior to joining Noble Talent. She works closely with both clients and candidates to create meaningful, strategic matches. She supports companies in building strong teams while guiding candidates toward opportunities where they can truly thrive. Her thoughtful approach helps ensure every placement is aligned, intentional, and built for long-term success. A global traveler, she bring a passion for cultures and people to her global talent network.
Dana DiCarlo - Director of Client Solutions
Dana comes from agency background with Lippe Taylor and Life Sci Communications and in house with Live Nation, giving her first hand insight to the speed and skills needed in hiring. She works directly with our clients to understand their long-term growth plans and translate business needs into tailored talent strategies. By building trusted partnerships, she helps drive lasting relationships and sustainable growth for clients and talent alike.
Lauren Scottow - Talent Partner
Lauren brings 10+ years in recruitment from top name firms including Creative Circle, 24Seven and Cella as well with Pivotal Ventures. She plays a key role in connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities, helping make connections that matter. With a strong focus on organization, responsiveness, and relationship building, she ensures every search moves forward smoothly and delivers the right fit for both sides.
Luciana Lo Stimolo - Operations Coordinator
Luciana ensures the company’s day-to-day operations run efficiently and seamlessly. She also provides operational and marketing support, helping maintain organization, consistency, and alignment across the business, keeping everyone and everything running smoothly.
